Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with First Choice Club.

All products sold through First Choice Club are digital products, including downloadable PDF planners, journals, checklists, trackers, and other printable resources. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once a digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem, such as a corrupted file, missing file, broken download link, or another issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, please contact us at parentfirstchoice@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or another suitable resolution.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at parentfirstchoice@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the order and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union may have statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content and the 14-day withdrawal period.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be lost where applicable law permits this and the customer has expressly agreed to begin the supply before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
