DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

First Choice Club primarily sells digital products, including downloadable PDF planners, journals, checklists, trackers, worksheets, and other printable resources.

No physical products are shipped for digital products.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product will be delivered electronically through the download method provided by First Choice Club or our digital-delivery service provider.

Depending on the product and delivery system, you may receive a download link by email or access the download through your order confirmation or another digital delivery method.

Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and that you have access to that email account.

DELIVERY TIMING

Digital products are generally available after successful payment and processing.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment processing, technical problems, email delivery issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased product.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Because our digital products are delivered electronically, shipping charges, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs duties, and physical delivery times do not apply to these products.

If First Choice Club offers a physical product in the future, the applicable shipping terms and charges will be stated on the relevant product page and at checkout.
